How we can help

Horizon LAC will assist clients with all stages of a Personal Independence Payment (“PIP”) and Employment & Support Allowance (“ESA”) matter – depicted below. 

By way of high level overview, all matters we assist with will go through the following process:

  • Client Screening: queries will be screened either by phone, email, via website to ensure it relates to a PIP or ESA matter. If so, an interview slot will be arranged.
  • Fact Finding Interview: conducted by volunteer advisers (VAs) and supervised by volunteer solicitors, to assess next steps.
  • After Interview: volunteer solicitors and VAs will discuss the matter and agree on next steps.
